A traditionally built Lakeland-Stone Victorian House sitting in its own gardens backed by Mill Beck and Sheriffs Wood. It is situated a short walk from both the centres of Windermere and Bowness on Windermere.

All rooms have en-suite facilities with luxury toiletries,towels and bathrobes provided, widescreen TV,CD clock/radio,trouser press, quality hairdryer and an enhanced welcome tray which is replenished daily.

Superior rooms (3 on first floor & 1 on second floor) are spacious enuite rooms that have King sized beds.

Deluxe room (ground floor) overlooks the front garden and has a large bay window. It has a King sized bed. The ensuite has a bath and large shower.

Deluxe room ( 1st floor )has a Super King sized bed and is large and spacious. The ensuite has a bath with shower over.

We have a spacious car park in our own grounds.

For those special occasions or just as a treat a combination of Flowers, Champagne, Chocolates or a Lakeland Hamper can be ordered and placed in your room prior to arrival or on the special day itself.
