A warm welcome awaits at Seven Oaks, situated in a peaceful location only a few minutes walk to the town centre and to Lake Derwentwater.

The five bedrooms at Seven Oaks are comfortable and tastefully decorated, with space to relax. There are views of the fells – Latrigg, Skiddaw and Blencathra from some rooms. All rooms are fully equipped as you would expect, but with those little extras (like clothes driers to dry out those wet clothes and hot chocolate to warm you up after a day out on the fells).

We know that after a good nights’ sleep, you’ll be looking forward to a good breakfast. We hope you will appreciate the breakfasts at Seven Oaks, we’ve taken time and care to select delicious local produce and take equal time and care in the cooking. We offer a good choice of breakfasts, full ‘Cumbrian’. Vegetarian or Continental to suit all tastes.

Walking in the Lake District is easy using Seven Oaks as your base – just walk out the front door and begin! The fells, valleys, rivers and lakes of the Lake District await you. If you are contemplating walking The Cumbria Way – consider using our Bed and Breakfast as your base.
